Supriya Desai

Supriya Desai is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Global HRBP Leader at Sumo Logic, Supriya manages a team that supports multiple business functions globally, having previously held the role of Sr. Director-HR Business Partner for the Product and Engineering functions. Prior to Sumo Logic, Supriya contributed to Walmart Global Tech as Director-People Partner during its transformation, and served as Global HR Business Partner at Cisco, where strategic talent initiatives impacted a large global workforce. Earlier roles include Senior HR Partner at Avaya, Principal Consultant at TriNet, and various positions at Capgemini and Artech L.L.C. Supriya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has completed certificate programs in Compensation and Organizational Development.
