Yvonne Zhu

Yvonne Zhu, CPA, has over a decade of experience in equity compensation and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Head of Equity Compensation at Sumo Logic since November 2021, Zhu previously held the role of Senior Manager, Equity and Incentive at Perspecta from July 2018 to December 2021. Before that, Zhu was a Senior Manager for the Equity Compensation Program at ICF and also served as a Manager for SEC Reporting & Stock Plan from May 2011 to July 2018. Earlier career positions include Financial Reporting Lead at Arbinet and Senior SEC Accountant & Stock Plan Administration at Primus. Yvonne Zhu earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana State University - Scott College of Business between 2001 and 2003.
