Daniel Haynes

Daniel Haynes has 27 years of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Daniel started their career in 1993 as a Machinist at Didde-Glaser, Inc, responsible for operating and setting up different machine tools and CNC equipment. In 1998, they joined Glendo Corp as an Assistant Production Manager, where they reviewed and implemented policies and procedures to improve daily operations. Since 2007, Daniel has been working at Sun Hydraulics, where they held multiple roles, including Manifold Operations Lead, U.S. Operations Leader, and Director of Production Operations. In these positions, they oversaw manufacturing operations, evaluated business procedures, analyzed KPIs, and developed strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency while ensuring a safe work environment.

Daniel Haynes has a diverse education history. Daniel attended Topeka High School from 1989 to 1993, earning a high school degree. During this time, they also studied various fields at the Washburn Institute of Technology. From 1990 to 1991, they pursued Autobody/Collision and Repair Technology/Technician as well as Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician. Additionally, they focused on Welding Technology/Welder, obtaining a high school degree specifically in this field. Finally, from 1991 to 1993, Daniel earned an Associate's Degree in Manufacturing Technology/Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from the Washburn Institute of Technology.
