Sarah Marsh

Sarah Marsh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, compliance, and social research. Currently serving as a Senior Audit, Governance and Compliance Consultant at Sun Life since July 2023, Sarah provides critical support and thought leadership related to operational risk frameworks and regulatory compliance. As a Principal Consultant at Marsh Consulting since October 2011, Sarah delivers services in social research, program evaluation, and organizational development. Previous roles include serving as a Councillor for the City of Kitchener from October 2014 to November 2022 and working as a Social Researcher at the Centre For Community Based Research from July 2007 to August 2011. Sarah holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Adult Education and Community Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Education (BEd) from McGill University.
