Saleel Panse

Saleel Panse is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a diverse background in global and regional roles. Currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition CoE Leader at Sun Pharma since November 2023, Saleel previously held key positions at Mondelēz International as Regional TA Leader for South Asia, Middle East, and Africa, and as Talent Acquisition Leader for India. Prior to that, Saleel worked at MSD as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for both the AP Cluster and the India region, where responsibilities included developing and executing talent acquisition strategies. Saleel's career began in executive search with notable roles at Ray & Berndtson and Personnel Search Services. Educational qualifications include a PGDBM in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Ancient Indian Culture.
