Elliott Grant is a seasoned executive in the agriculture and food technology sectors with extensive experience leading innovative companies and initiatives. Currently serving as a Board Member at Sun World International and a Strategic Advisor at Verdi, Elliott has previously held significant roles including Chief Executive Officer at Mineral.ai, Sr. Director & Project Lead at X the moonshot factory, and CEO at ShopWell Labs, Inc. Notable achievements include founding and leading YottaMark, Inc., where industry-leading food technology solutions were developed, and holding the position of Vice President of Operations at Portola Packaging.
