Marta Grytka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data consultancy. Currently serving as BI Lead at Sunclass Airlines since December 2024, Marta previously held the position of Senior Data Consultant at DFDS from July 2014 to November 2024, where responsibilities included driving data literacy, coordinating the development of analytical solutions, and supporting the migration to Power BI. Marta’s career also includes roles as a Data Consultant, BI Business Partner, and Continuous Improvement Junior Lead, with a strong emphasis on master data management, cross-functional collaboration, and training design. An educational background in International Relations, complemented by postgraduate studies in Project Management, further enhances Marta's capabilities in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
