Andrew Yamshchykov

Andrew Yamshchykov is a seasoned performance coach and team lead with extensive experience in business improvement and operational excellence across various industries. Currently serving as a Lead Performance Coach at RLG International since November 2011 and at Tengizchevroil since August 2019, Andrew has a track record of successful productivity improvements in refinery operations and turnaround projects. Previous roles include leadership positions at JSC "National Company "KazMunayGas", Seaspan ULC, Gazprom Neft, and BP, where Andrew implemented continuous improvement methodologies and optimized operational processes. Andrew holds an Executive MBA from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tomsk State Technical University, complemented by a diploma in Economics from the International School of Business in Kiev.
