Spiro Stavis

Spiro Stavis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in property management and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Manager of Property & Procurement at Sundale Ltd since July 2024, Spiro previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at St. Basil's Aged Care NSW & ACT from 2016 to 2023, focusing on strategic business reviews and process improvements. Previous roles include Director of City Development at the City of Canterbury Bankstown, Senior Planner at Botany Bay City Council, and Strathfield Municipal Council, along with a decade-long tenure as Director of SPD Planning. Spiro holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Geography from the University of Wollongong and is pursuing an MBA from Southern Cross University.
