Rodney Vinegar

Rodney Vinegar is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Environmental, Health, and Safety at Sundyne since January 2022, Vinegar also holds a board member position at Premier Roofing Company. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources and Health, Safety, and Environmental Officer at BRACE Industrial Group, Chief Human Resources Officer at Veritas Performance Group, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Joerns RecoverCare, where key contributions included managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading successful organizational transformations. Vinegar's career began at Frito Lay, culminating in progressively responsible HR roles at major companies such as UBS and Colgate Palmolive.
