Liz Bate

Liz Bate is a seasoned digital marketing professional currently serving as the Digital Marketing Director at SunGod since January 2024. Previously, Liz held the position of Global Digital Marketing Director at Gymshark from October 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing the global digital marketing strategy and driving brand engagement across various international markets. Liz's extensive experience encompasses roles such as Performance Marketing Director and Head of Paid Social, highlighting expertise in revenue generation, paid media strategy, and social community building. Prior to Gymshark, Liz worked as a Digital Forensic Analyst at Forensic Pathways and held leadership positions in the Commonwealth Businesswomen Network and as a Business Mentor at De Montfort University. Liz co-founded an e-commerce brand while completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Retail Buying at De Montfort University from 2006 to 2009.
