Leon Kayser

Leon Kayser is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience spanning multiple prestigious firms. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Sunhat since December 2024, Leon previously worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Exane, focusing on consumer staples, from October 2022 to August 2024. Additional roles include involvement with the Office of the CEO at ESL FACEIT Group, and various positions at Goldman Sachs, including Investment Banking Analyst and Off-Cycle Intern. Early career experiences include an Executive Assistant role at Tesla, and multiple investment banking internships at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, ACXIT Capital Partners, and Morgan Stanley. Leon holds a Master of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and has completed undergraduate studies at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, with additional academic experiences at the University of Michigan and Duke University.
