Kelly Bishop Cavalluzzo

Kelly Bishop Cavalluzzo is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in occupational therapy and program management. Currently serving as Program Manager in Community Integration at Sunnybrook since 2019, Kelly has also held the role of Project Manager focused on Integrated Community, Partnerships, and Ambulatory Care. Prior experience includes positions as an Occupational Therapist at London Health Sciences Centre and St. Joseph's Health Care London, as well as a Baseline Testing Concussion Specialist at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Kelly holds a Master of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Toronto and a Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University. Notable achievements include the TAHSNp Health Professions Innovation Fellowship in 2022-23 and the Sunnybrook Education Advisory Council Patient and Family Education Award in 2023.
