Danielle Dulin

Danielle Dulin currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Manhattan, Kansas, starting in October 2024. Prior to this role, Danielle was the City Manager in Warrensburg, Missouri, from February 2020 to December 2024, and held the position of Assistant City Manager in both Warrensburg and Lenexa, Kansas. Danielle's early career included roles as Assistant to the City Administrator in Prairie Village and Lenexa, as well as a position as a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Danielle Dulin holds a Master of Public Administration focusing on Local Government Management from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Kansas State University.
