Lochlan McBride

Lochlan McBride is a skilled Project Engineer with significant experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently employed at Sunwater since January 2023, Lochlan is involved in the Rookwood Weir Project. Previously, at BAM International bv, Lochlan worked as a Project Engineer on the Cross River Rail - Boggo Road Station, focusing on structures. Prior experience includes serving as a Site Engineer at GHD, where Lochlan contributed to the Bruce Highway Maroochydore Road Intersection Upgrade, and managed multi-disciplinary projects for major clients such as Rio Tinto and BHP. Early career roles included a graduate position at GHD and internships that provided insights into civil asset management with Sunshine Coast Council. Lochlan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Queensland University of Technology, completed in 2017.
