Daniel Checki

Daniel Checki is an experienced professional with a robust background in business development and energy markets. Currently serving as Vice President at Sunwest Bank since August 2021, Checki also holds the position of Board President for the Wisconsin Veterans Museum Foundation since March 2017. Previously, Checki directed the New Business Development department for large-scale renewables at Alliant Energy from January 2006 to June 2019, where significant contributions included launching unregulated business strategies and transforming the organization’s energy markets group into a profitable commercial center. Additional roles include Director of Market Origination at Dominion Energy Clearinghouse and Managing Director of Fuels & Power Marketing at Wisvest-Connecticut, LLC. Checki holds an EMBA in Strategic Planning, Economics, and Finance from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Catholic University of America.
