Lucas Richardson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in licensing and business development across major companies in the entertainment and toy industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Licensing at ZURU, Lucas focuses on developing licensed partnerships for toys and various product categories. Prior roles include Vice President of Franchise & Licensing at The SpringHill Company, where Lucas facilitated partnerships with athletes and storytellers, and Vice President of Business Development at Striker Entertainment, specializing in consumer products for pop culture brands. Additional experience includes executive-level positions at Lionsgate and Franco Manufacturing, where Lucas was instrumental in building brand collaborations and expanding licensed portfolios, along with earlier roles at Jakks Pacific, Playmates Toys, and Mirage Licensing. Lucas holds a Bachelor's Degree from Bentley University.
