Frank Schaefer

Frank Schaefer is a seasoned professional in the woodworking and cabinetry industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Superior Cabinets since October 2024, Frank has a rich background that includes positions such as Director of Operations and Director of Technical Services at Decor Cabinet Company from February 2014 to October 2024. Prior to that, Frank held multiple roles at MasterBrand Cabinets from February 2003 to June 2013, including Special Projects Manager and Director of Manufacturing. Frank's career began at Kitchen Craft, where roles spanned from Senior Manufacturing Engineer to Value Stream Manager between 1996 and 2003. Early career experience also includes a role as Shift Supervisor at Gebrueder Huessler's Peeling Veneer Factory in Germany. Frank holds a Dipl.-Ing. (P. Eng.) in Wood Working and Wood Processing from the University of Applied Sciences, Rosenheim, Germany.
