Joseph Young

Joseph Young is an experienced construction professional with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Purdue University. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Superior Construction and Co-Owner/Broker at Listing Leaders Advantage since May and April 2022, respectively, Joseph also holds a long-term position as Sr Project Manager/Sr Superintendent at Powers and Sons, where involvement includes significant projects such as the $350 million Marriot Marque hotel and a $110 million joint venture on the Cook County Medical Center. Prior roles include Project Manager at Graycor Industrial, where Joseph managed maintenance operations at US Steel and Mital Steel, and previous project management positions at US Steel, The Ross Group, and Signature Construction.
