Kelsey Durose has extensive experience in customer service and inventory management, currently serving as an Inventory Planner at Superior Glove since July 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing customer service through knowledge and support. Prior roles at Superior Glove include Business Development Associate and Customer Care Representative, where Kelsey coordinated product transfers and tracked incoming shipments. Previous experience includes a Support Agent position at Livingston International and a Cashier Customer Service role at Sobeys. Kelsey holds an Advanced Diploma in Applied Music from Mohawk College, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
