Florin Lanz

Florin Lanz serves as the Executive Director of elea Foundation for Ethics in Globalization since August 2020, focusing on combating absolute poverty through entrepreneurial initiatives. In addition, Florin occupies roles as a Non-Executive Director representing elea for both Hasiru Dala Innovations Private Limited, aimed at improving livelihoods for waste pickers, and MerKomuna, which leverages community power for affordable essential goods. Prior experience includes strategic advisory and business development positions at Palisis, leadership at a-connect, and analytical roles at the Embassy of Switzerland and UBS. Florin holds an M.B.A. from IE Business School and degrees from the Geneva Graduate Institute and University of St.Gallen.
