Chris Batsford

Chris Batsford currently serves as the Head of Platform at SuperSeed, advising founders and CEOs on People and Talent since July 2024. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of VP, People at Thingtrax, where responsibilities included establishing a comprehensive People function. Between January 2021 and July 2023, Chris was a Partner at Erevena, specializing in hiring first line managers across various functions. Chris also served as a Partner at New Peak Partners until its acquisition by Erevena in January 2021, and previously worked as a Client Principal at Wilton & Bain and Associate Director at Gillespie Manners. Early career experiences include roles at SDI Media and ConocoPhillips. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of Bath.
