Alice Grange

Alice G. has extensive experience in customer success and support, currently leading a three-person team at Supplyframe, a Siemens company, since January 2018. Alice's focus includes helping customers achieve their goals, providing support via ticketing, implementation, training, and conducting quality assurance on new software releases. Previous roles encompass product management at Supplyframe and functional consulting in electronic component purchasing. Additional experience includes managing a mechanical purchasing portfolio at Thales, implementing management tools in a South African NGO, and various student jobs in sales and support. Alice holds a Master’s degree in Purchasing from Grenoble IAE and has developed skills in team dynamics and operational efficiency through diverse work and educational experiences.
