Shara Diones

Shara Diones is currently a Talent Assessor at Support Shepherd. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Support Zebra (an FBC company) from September 2018 through December 2020. In this role, they coordinated with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourced potential candidates through online channels, conducted interviews to assess communication skills and gauge job fit for entry-level positions, followed up with candidates throughout the hiring process, administered tests and assisted in presenting job offers, attended job fairs and recruitment events, and developed a steady pool of quality internal and external talents.

Shara Diones has a Bachelor of Elementary Education from the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines. Shara is certified by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission as a Licensed Professional Teacher. Shara specializes in Special Education and Teaching.
