Haifa Shabira

Haifa Shabira is a customer support consultant at SupportYourApp since September 2021, previously serving as an Employee Banking Solution Staff at HSBC from January 2020 to September 2021, where responsibilities included acquiring new corporate clients and ensuring proper onboarding and KYC processes. Haifa was also an intern in the Foreign National Student Intern Program at the U.S. Embassy Jakarta in 2019, managing work order requests and coordinating service appointments. Earlier experience includes an internship with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. Haifa holds a Master's degree in Marketing Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from LSPR Communication and Business Institute.
