Cole Holland

Cole Holland is an experienced quality assurance professional with a diverse background in QA management and analysis. As the Owner-Operator of SupremeQA since March 2013, Cole has served as Principal QA Specialist, focusing on client testing and leadership needs. Previously, as QA Manager at Brightline, Cole was instrumental in establishing the QA process and team as the first hire in that department. Cole led the growth of the QA organization at Icario, expanding the team from 3 to 20 members and developing key processes. Early career positions included QA Analyst roles at Novu LLC and The Lacek Group, where Cole gained expertise in application testing and test management. Initial experience included a Quality Assurance Specialist role at SWAT Solutions, focusing on project leadership and functional testing, and an analyst position at Activision, contributing to well-known gaming projects. Cole holds an education credential from Brown College, completed between 2002 and 2004.
