Kristin Monroe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at SureImpact since July 2024, Kristin previously held multiple roles at Pilot.com from February 2018 to June 2024, including Head of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager.
