Kristin Monroe

Kristin Monroe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at SureImpact since July 2024, Kristin previously held multiple roles at Pilot.com from February 2018 to June 2024, including Head of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager. In earlier positions, Kristin worked as a Home Organizer at Stress Less and in various capacities at The Cookbook Project, focusing on internship coordination and program management. Kristin's career also includes experience as a nanny for the McNamara and Quinlivan families, and leadership roles with Kids on Campus, supporting at-risk youth. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Specialized Studies in Earth and Environmental Studies from Ohio University.
