Héctor V. is an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental conservation, community organizing, and business management. Currently serving as the Puerto Rico Programs Manager and Community Organizer at The Surfrider Foundation, Héctor focuses on promoting marine protected areas and conservation efforts. Previous roles include consulting for the Hispanic Access Foundation in environmental management, acting as an ambassador for Save The Beach Puerto Rico, and facilitating initiatives for the Foundation for Puerto Rico. Héctor co-founded Juan Del Pueblo, a commercial project aimed at community development, and has held teaching positions at various universities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Green Marketing and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Psychology.
