Karpovych Viktor

Karpovych Viktor is a data center engineer with extensive experience in systems administration, technical support, and customer service across multiple organizations. Currently employed at SUSE since March 2021, Karpovych provides customer support for SUSE Linux Enterprise. Prior experience includes roles as an AIX/Linux system administrator at IBM, and specialista dohledových systémů at CE Colo Czech s.r.o., focusing on datacenter monitoring systems. Karpovych's career also features a long tenure at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, delivering first-line support for HPE hardware and software, as well as earlier experience in computer system support at Kyivstar GSM and Ukrposhta, where responsibilities encompassed various operating systems and database administration. Karpovych holds a Master's degree in Multichannel Electrotechnic Telecommunication from the State University of Telecommunications in Ukraine.
