Kelsey Journey

Kelsey Journey, CPC, ELI-MP, is a seasoned HR professional with a substantial background in strategic human resources. Since January 2012, Kelsey has served as a Strategic HR Business Partner at Susquehanna International Group, LLP (SIG), where responsibilities include partnering with the CIO and senior management to provide data-driven HR support for a technology team of over 700 members. Previous roles at SIG include Head of Technology Campus Recruiting and Campus Recruiting Coordinator, focusing on the recruitment and onboarding of technical talent. Earlier experience includes working as a Community Based Match Support Specialist for Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern PA, an Inside Territory Associate at Vistakon, and a Student Manager of Dining at Cornell Dining. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from Cornell University.
