Dan Weaver

Dan Weaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and technology investment. Currently serving as Senior Director at Sustena, a Pariveda Company, since January 2024, Dan focuses on enhancing business value for private equity portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Dan worked at Thought Ensemble as a Senior Consultant, assisting clients in navigating complex business transformations. Dan co-founded Monition Partners, where the focus was on investing in early-stage technology firms, and held partnership roles at Saint Marie Records and Social Venture Partners Seattle. Dan also contributed as a board member at Friends of the Seattle Public Library and SURF Incubator. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Quality Assurance and Technical Support at 2go Mobile Solutions. Dan holds an Associate of Arts degree in Animation Art and Design from The Art Institutes.
