Tiffany Lam

Tiffany Lam currently serves as the Strategy Lead for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion at Sustrans, where Tiffany leads the For Everyone strategy to enhance these principles organization-wide. Concurrently, Tiffany is a non-Executive Board Member at London TravelWatch, contributing to the development of an Equity Framework. Past roles include Strategic Adviser for Healthy Streets at Sustrans London, where Tiffany focused on inclusive design and training, and Research Manager at the Quality of Life Foundation, directing research on health and wellbeing. Tiffany's experience spans consulting at NEF Consulting, a research fellowship at the Active Travel Academy, and policy strategizing at Humanising Autonomy. Tiffany holds advanced degrees from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Tufts University, and is pursuing a PhD in Environmental Science at the University of East Anglia.
