Brian Storts, CCMP™, serves as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management at Sutter Health, where leadership roles include overseeing the organizational effectiveness and change center of expertise and performance management initiatives. Previously, Storts has held prominent positions such as Senior Transition Management Consultant at TEKsystems, where a transition management strategy for Nike, Inc. was developed, and Vice President of the Change Management Office at Seterus, an IBM subsidiary, managing multiple functions including Organization Change Management and Employee Communications. Additional experience includes roles at Wilshire Credit Corporation, Wells Fargo, HSBC Auto Finance, HomEq, Discover Financial Services, and The Kimball Group, LLC. Storts is an alumnus of Brigham Young University.
