Dean Sobcoviak

Dean Sobcoviak, CPP, CHPA, serves as the Chief Protective Services Officer for Sutter Health since February 2019, overseeing security operations for one of the leading not-for-profit healthcare networks in the United States. Prior to this role, Dean was the Vice President of Healthcare Security at HSS from 2005, contributing to various operational and administrative functions since joining the company in 1999. Dean's earlier experience includes serving as the director of operations for an international security organization and several years as a sworn law enforcement officer. Dean holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has furthered education at the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
