Harly Neumann

Harly Neumann, PhD, is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Sutter Bay Medical Foundation and overseeing HR for ambulatory clinics and physician services across the Bay Area, Harly has held multiple leadership positions within Sutter Health since April 2012, including Regional Vice President and Human Resources Administrative Director. Previous roles include Senior Director of Human Resources at Holiday Retirement and Vice President of Human Resources at Covia, along with a directorial position at Mid-Peninsula Housing Management Corp. Harly's educational background includes a PhD and an MA in Psychology and Education from Stanford University, along with a BA in Anthropology and an MA in Counseling Psychology from The University of British Columbia.
