Bülent Kılınç

Bülent Kılınç is an experienced consultant specializing in education, training, and employment sectors, currently serving as the owner of SvB Consulting since November 2013, where involvement in the Turkish Employment Agency’s Job Clubs Project takes place. Previous roles include Senior Expert with GOPA Worldwide Consultants and WEglobal, focusing on inclusive education, teacher training, and labor market support, particularly for NEETs. Bülent also has significant experience providing technical assistance to various ministries regarding vocational education, social inclusion, and environmental assessments, with a strong emphasis on capacity building and training methodologies. Academic accomplishments include a Master's degree in Social Innovation and Sustainable Development from Università degli Studi di Torino, complemented by an earlier degree from Anadolu University.
