Mia Grundström

Mia Grundström has extensive experience in labor market initiatives, currently serving as a Leverantörsuppföljare at Arbetsförmedlingen since June 2014, focusing on procurement and monitoring of vocational training and matching services. Prior roles at Arbetsförmedlingen include Samordnare for labor market education and ArbeFormedlare, where Mia was responsible for assessing clients' needs and providing coaching. Additionally, Mia engaged in a learning opportunity at Bolagsverket's IT department, enhancing skills in agile methodologies and change management. As a Project Manager for the TUVA project with Sollefteå kommun, Mia contributed to developing new practices in adult education funded by the European Social Fund. Mia holds degrees in Sociology and Public Health with a focus on project management from Mid Sweden University and an Applied Higher Education degree in Agile Project Management from IHM Business School.
