Magnus Winter

Magnus Winter is the Owner and CEO of Winter Consulting AB, a consulting and advisory firm specializing in sports and performance psychology, business development, change management, and organizational development, which was founded in November 2007. Currently, Magnus serves as a Coach Educator and Specialist in Psychology and Leadership at Svenska Fotbollförbundet and as a Guest Teacher in Sport Psychology and Sport Management at Gymnastik- och idrottshögskolan. Previous roles include Sport Psychology Consultant at Helsingborgs IF, Vice Chairman of Svensk Idrottspsykologisk Förening, Chairman of the Board at Vasabyrån AB, and CEO of Skolforum AB, alongside experience as an Event Manager at Stockholm International Fairs. Magnus holds various degrees in psychology, education, and ethnology, with notable education from Uppsala University and Harvard Graduate School of Education.
