Marco Bonacci

Marco Bonacci is an accomplished organist and music educator with extensive experience in various musical roles. Currently serving as an organist at Svenska kyrkan since January 2013, Marco has contributed to the Bromölla pastorat and initiated the Schola sancti Benedicti Gregorian chant group while overseeing the construction of a new Silbermann-style organ in Mörrum. Previous positions include conductor for Frosta Kammarkör and church musician for Karis svenska församling. Marco has also taught music theory, thorough bass, counterpoint, and solfége at Musik- och kulturskolan Sandels from 2003 to 2012. Additional experience includes roles as an organist and church musician at Esbo dom church and St Mary's Roman-Catholic parish in Helsinki. Marco holds a Master of Music degree in Diplomorganist from the Sibelius-Academy.
