Göran Säfström

Göran Säfström possesses extensive experience in operations, customer service, and management across various industries. Since June 2019, Göran has served as Produkt- och kundansvarig at Svenska Taxiförbundet, leading the development and marketing of the BKY service in collaboration with the Transportstyrelsen. Prior to this role, Göran worked as a taxi driver for Taxi Stockholm from January 2016 to October 2024, ensuring safe and efficient journeys for customers. Göran's career at Hewlett-Packard Sverige AB spanned nearly two decades, beginning as a Contract Administrator and culminating as an Account Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing teams, optimizing customer relations, and supporting global sales operations. Göran holds degrees in economics from Sigtunas Humanistiska Läroverk and Frans Schartaus Gymnasium.
