Hans Vugts

Hans Vugts is an experienced leader in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Voorzitter Raad van toezicht at SVH since July 2022. Previously, Hans held the position of Director at Hotel Casa from September 2005 to January 2020, where leadership extended to Casa Academica Amsterdam B. V. and also served as CEO for both Casa Academica and Hotel Casa Amsterdam during the same period. With over 40 years in the hospitality field, Hans has also contributed as a bestuurslid at Koninklijke Horeca Nederland Afdeling Amsterdam and participated in various committees, including the Werkveldcommissie Hotelschool Breda and the Raad van Toezicht at NHTV. Hans's educational background includes attendance at Middelbare Hotelschool and other institutions, forming a solid foundation for a successful career in hotel management. Currently, Hans is exploring new opportunities while developing a neighborhood platform to connect community service needs.
