Donna Kemper PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in total rewards and compensation benefits. At SVP Worldwide, Donna served as HR Manager for Total Rewards and held various HR management roles. Previous positions include HR Business Partner and Manager, as well as HR Manager at Allied Waste, where responsibilities spanned from management to representative and coordination roles. Donna began their career in customer service at Republic Services Inc as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative and also worked in accounts receivable at Allied Waste.
