Julie Lloyd is an experienced professional in organizational development and staff experience, currently serving as the Head of Culture, OD & Staff Experience at Swansea Bay University Health Board since November 2018. In this role, Julie provides strategic oversight for the Culture, OD & Staff Experience function, leading initiatives that align with the organization’s vision and people strategy. Previously, Julie held several leadership positions at ABMU Health Board, overseeing staff experience and organizational development activities. With a robust educational background, including a Master of Science in Health Administration from Swansea University, and experience in training and development within the NHS, Julie has successfully facilitated cultural transformation and staff engagement across various health organizations.
