Christina Epps-Chiazor

Christina Epps-Chiazor currently serves as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance and Diversity & Inclusion at Swarthmore College since August 2024. Previous roles include Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance & Student-Athlete Services/SWA at Delaware State University from April 2019 to August 2024, and Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance & Academics at Coppin State University from March 2015 to September 2018. Christina Epps-Chiazor also worked as a Professional Athlete for USA Track & Field from June 2014 to October 2021 and as a Program Coordinator at Playworks, implementing sports and play-based programming in schools. Christina Epps-Chiazor holds a Master’s degree in Sport Administration/Management from Delaware State University (2021), a Master’s in Human Service Administration from the University of Baltimore (2015), and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Coppin State University (2013).
