Christine Funchion Scully

Christine Funchion Scully serves as the Director of Donor Relations at Swarthmore College since August 2023 and has extensive experience in donor relations and fundraising. Prior to this role, Christine held the position of Director of Stewardship, Donor Relations, and Protocol at Wills Eye Hospital since August 2020. From January 2007 to August 2020, Christine was the Sr. Director of Stewardship at Saint Joseph's University, where leadership in donor-centered programs and successful capital campaigns was notable. Christine also worked with the American Red Cross as the Director of Major Gifts from August 2004 to December 2006, overseeing a major gifts program and engaging board-level volunteers for local fundraising efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as Development Director for the National MS Society, where Christine orchestrated significant fundraising events and revamped individual donor programs. Christine earned an MBA in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Politics from The Catholic University of America.
