Southwest Minnesota Christian Schools (SWC) is a  private, Christian school located in Edgerton, MN. SWC provides Christ-centered education for PK-12 students from the surrounding area. The elementary school, then Edgerton Christian Elementary, was organized in 1917. The high school, then Southwest MN Christian High School, was organized in 1951. In 2020, Southwest MN Christian Schools was organized to serve PK-12 students. For over 100 years, the vision of these schools to support Christian families and churches in educating covenant youth has never wavered. SWC is affiliated with and accredited through Christian Schools International (CSI).

The Food Service team at Southwest Minnesota Christian Schools is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to students at both the elementary and high school levels. This includes menu planning, food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for the students. The team supports the school's mission by providing meals that sustain and nourish students throughout their educational journey.
