Martin Beckert

Martin Beckert currently serves as Ambassadråd at the Swedish Embassy in Bogotá D.C., Colombia, since January 2023. In addition, Martin is the founder and co-owner of Lilla Ledarskapsbyrån - uppåt, framåt! since October 2021. Martin has extensive experience at Migrationsverket, holding various leadership roles such as Enhetschef, Chefs- och ledarutvecklare, and Förändringsledare from September 2010 to the present, and previously served as Biträdande enhetschef from September 2009 to June 2010. Martin's academic qualifications include a degree in Migration, Globalization, and Language from Malmö Universitet and certification as a coach in leadership from Human Resource AB.
