Kedir Hassen Ahmed has extensive experience in roles dedicated to refugee support, child rights advocacy, and project management. Currently serving as a Cross Cultural Facilitator-Consultant for IOM - UN Migration since March 2021, Kedir provides pre-departure orientation for quota refugees. Additional roles include volunteer work with the Swedish Red Cross and previous positions as a Supported Employment Job Coach and Job Coach/Integration Project Coordinator. Kedir co-founded the East African Development Organization and acted as its Managing Director, focusing on child rights projects and awareness initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sustainable Development in Education from the University of Gothenburg and multiple certifications related to child rights, humanitarian response, political science, and logistics.
