Niclas Wickman

Niclas Wickman is a seasoned professional in IT service delivery and management, currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at SSC - Swedish Space Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Niclas was the Head of Integration & Support at Bambuser from October 2021 to August 2023, where efforts were focused on scaling the organization through talent empowerment and structured team-building. Niclas has also held positions as Service Delivery Manager at Kronofogden, managing IT workplace delivery for the Swedish Enforcement Authority, and Service Delivery Manager at H&M Group, where responsibilities included establishing a new service area for IT facility infrastructure.
