Brice Holland

Brice Holland, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the R&D Strategy Manager at Sweet Street since June 2014, following roles as R&D Technology Manager and R&D Food Technologist. Previous positions include Research Assistant and Bread Baker at The Culinary Institute of America from April 2010 to May 2014, and Pastry Chef/Cook at Gibraltar from April 2009 to April 2010. Brice began a culinary career as a Pastry Intern/Chef at HALF MOON from July 2004 to August 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the Jack Welch Management Institute, a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Science, and an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, complemented by a high school diploma from Alpha Omega Academy.
